President Muhammadu Buhari has urged Nigerian workers to reject the sale of the national cash cow, i.e. NNPC and refineries privatization with their votes in the upcoming general election. The President made this statement at the International Conference Centre, Abuja while declaring open the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) delegate conference.

The Kano State Government has explained reasons why the Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje ordered the closure of the two stadia in the state, few days to the presidential rally of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
