The All Progressives Congress (APC) did not deliberate on the adoption of President Muhammadu Buhari for a second term at its National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting which held Tuesday in Abuja.

National Publicity Secretary of the party, Bolaji Abdullahi disclosed this while sopeaking to news men shortly after the meeting.

The ECOWAS Community Court of Justice has granted an out of court settlement application for a case involving the federal government and nine victims of the Nigerian civil war. At its sitting on Monday, the court ordered the parties to abide by the terms of the settlement, part of which stipulates that the federal government pay without delay, N50 billion as compensation to the victims, their families and communities.
