The DISH Anywhere app has come to Android TV devices enabling DISH customers to take advantage of the app’s many streaming benefits from the comfort of their couch.

With DISH Anywhere and Android TV, users will no longer be constrained to just watching their favorite TV shows and other video content from their smartphone or tablet displays.

Instead, customers who own an Android TV, such as the NVIDIA SHIELD, or a TV with Android TV built-in, can simply load up the DISH Anywhere app and watch right on the big-screen with slight effort.

Facebook To Block Foreign Ads On Ireland Forthcoming Poll

Facebook said on Tuesday, it will block ads relating to Ireland's forthcoming referendum on abortion that do not originate from advertisers inside the country.

There had been worries in Ireland that foreign ads could influence the result of the vote come May 25.

The move reflects the countries latest commitment to boost the transparency of its political advertising.

The online video giant has pulled hundreds of videos after a BBC investigation found more than 250 channels had mid-video ads for EduBirdie, a Ukraine-based essay cheating service. YouTube had given some of these channels until May 4th to edit the ads out of their videos, but not all of them made it before the cut-off point.

Google Helping 21-Year-Old Develop Social Gaming Called 'Arcade'

Google is reportedly working on the development of a social gaming app called Arcade. It could launch as early as summer 2018 if the technology is ready by then.

Michael Sayman, 21, is the founder and co-owner of Arcade. He began working at Alphabet Inc.'s Google in August 2017. Sayman is the youngest product manager in the company.

Sayman began working as an intern at Facebook at age 17. As a junior in high school, Sayman impressed Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg with the creation of a social picture snapping and guessing game called 4 Snaps.
