A UK study has revealed that children who don’t get enough sleep may be more likely to develop diabetes than kids who typically get enough. The study suggests that each additional hour of sleep children get at night is associated with a lower body weight, more lean muscle mass and less accumulation of sugars in the blood, researchers report in Pediatrics.

Nigeria Loses 103,742 Children, $21billion Annually To Poor Breastfeeding
The United Nations Children’s Fund, UNICEF, has raised an alarm that Nigeria loses no fewer than $21 billion yearly to poor breastfeeding even as it disclosed that the country stands to gain a $35 investment return for every $1 investment in breastfeeding.
The body also said that the country loses 103,742 children to the deficit in breastfeeding.
