President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday addressed the 72nd session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York. The 11 minutes speech covered a wide range of issues including settling of innocent victims caught in conflicts in Syria, Iraq, and Afghanistan; security threats posed by Al Qaeda and Boko Haram in the Sahel and Lake Chad; efforts by ECOWAS in upholding democratic tenets, humanitarian issues, the North Korea Nuclear crisis and the Myanmar crisis among others.
