South-West Youths Reject Atiku, Sgf Offer, Vow To Support Buhari

Youths in South-West have rejected Secretary to Government of the Federation, SGF reserved for the region by Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, saying, the party has never fulfil past pledge made to the region.

The leadership of Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF) has condemned the spate of communal clashes in Kasuwan Magani village, Kajuru Local Government Area of Kaduna State. The group in a statement issued by its National Publicity Secretary, Alh Muhammad Ibrahim Biu called upon the warring communities in Kajuru and in other states to lay down their arms and embrace dialogue in resolving their disagreements.

The Department of State Services on Monday refuted claims from some quarters that some of its personnel allegedly facilitated Nnamdi Kanu's escape from Nigeria.  The Secret Police in a statement issued by its Public Relations Officer, Peter Afunnaya said the claim was malicious, fake and defamatory.
